Rashmikaben Patel underwent the LEDP (Livelihood Entrepreneurship Development Program) with NABARD through Dharohar Foundation, gaining skills and capacity training. Now, she leads a group of 20 women artisans from her village and nearby areas, empowering them through her initiative and dedication.
